What is Ottie?
Ottie is a pixel-art AI companion who talks with you, remembers what matters, has her own room and routines, and keeps living while you're away.
Is Ottie an AI?
Yes. Ottie is an AI-powered fictional character. Her responses are generated by artificial intelligence and may sometimes be inaccurate. She is not a real person and not a substitute for professional help.
How does Ottie remember things?
Ottie saves selected details from your conversations so your relationship feels continuous. You can see everything she remembers in the app under You → What Ottie Remembers.
Can I delete something Ottie remembers?
Yes. In the app: You → What Ottie Remembers → tap "forget" on any memory, or "clear Ottie's memories" to remove them all. You can also turn off new long-term memories at any time.
How do I change notification settings?
In the app: You → Notifications. You control what Ottie can send and can turn notifications off entirely on your device.
How do I restore my purchase?
On the Ottie+ screen, tap Restore Purchases, or go to You → Account → Restore Purchases.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: You → Account → Delete Account. See the account deletion page for details.
How do I report a response?
Under any of Ottie's replies, tap 👎 and choose what went wrong. This helps us keep Ottie sounding like Ottie.
