Ottie is intentionally built to remember your conversations, so please read the Memory section. What we collect - Account information (when you create one): sign-in identity and email. - Conversations and the memories Ottie forms from them. - Images or screenshots you choose to send (later), and voice (later, only if you enable it). - Device and app information, and analytics about how the app is used. - Notification and subscription information. Why we use it - To let you talk with Ottie and keep your relationship continuous across sessions. - To personalize Ottie and run her world, stories, and routines. - For security, abuse prevention, and to improve the product. AI providers To generate Ottie's replies, conversation content is sent to AI model providers (for example Anthropic) that process it on our behalf under their terms. We do not sell your conversations. Memory (please read) Ottie can save selected information from your conversations so she can remember things across sessions. You control this: - See it: You → What Ottie Remembers. - Delete it: remove any single memory, or clear all of Ottie's memories. - Turn it off: disable new long-term memories at any time; existing memories are kept until you delete them. Retention - Delete a memory: it is removed from what Ottie can recall. - Delete your account: your account-associated data is deleted according to our systems, subject to limited legal or backup retention. Your rights and controls Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your data. You can export your data and delete your account in the app (You → Account). Security We use reasonable measures to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure.
